Read the rules, submitting altered scans to meet Minitokyo's requirements is not allowed and has earned you an official warning which, after all the problems you've caused only shows you don't care to find out how MT work's out.

That means you are now restricted.

You get your second and last warning for posting other ripped doujinshi after biriwilg warned you.
